FAQ For Returns and Refund

What can I return?

You may request returns for most items you buy from the sellers listed on   However, you can only return items explicitly identified as "returnable" on the product detail page and/or our policy and within the ‘return window’ period. Please refer to the EMUSA RETURN POLICY. to know which categories are "non-returnable" and the specific return windows for categories eligible for return.

Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is -

  • Physically damaged
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Defective
  • Different from its description on the product detail page on

How to return items?

  1. Go to Your Orders. (ensure you have signed in before)
  2. Choose an item that you want to return or replace.
  3. Select a reason from menu and continue.

For seller-fulfilled orders, you need to contact the seller to initiate returns. To do so -

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Choose an item that you want to return or replace.
  3. Select Contact seller. You will be directed to the Seller Messaging Assistant.
  4. Select the appropriate option and start the conversation.

Go to your orders to initiate a return.

Note: The above process is applicable only if the product is returnable and the return window is still active.


  • Customers can return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s).
  • After goods received to the partners/seller shop the amount will be refund to the customer within 7 working days. 
  • In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images
  • at and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account.
  • If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on
  • Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to giftwrap any replacements you have asked for.
  • To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts and socks, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
  • If the product is unwrapped and used the product is not working then take a video of it and mail to so we can ensure to the manufacture there is a problem in the product and so by choice of customer the product might be replaced or refunded (note: the product should in between 15 days from the delivered date)
  • Make sure for all the products could return on the sealed pack so we can make sure that the product can be returned to correct manufacturer

Shipping Policy

For certain products sold on, the customer will have an option of Guaranteed Morning, Same-Day, One/Two-Day Delivery with some delivery charges based on the state, pin code and quantity of the products delivery charges may vary.

Any product order in will be guarantee delivery in 3-5 Business Day within India.

*We deliver orders placed with Standard Delivery in 3-5 days after they ship. You see the estimated delivery date before you place the order.

***The applicable delivery charge will be levied even for multiple quantities of the same product. The ship fee per item structure is limited to standard.
